Prayer is at the center of monastic life.
As monks our community gathers in the church
four time each day.
Our daily Office consisting of Morning Prayer,
Noon Prayer and Vespers forms the
rock
upon which the daily rounds of
monastic prayer are founded.
This is capped by the
daily celebration of the Eucharist.
Our daily prayers continue into the meal hours
and bind our lives together before
the Lord.
